JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify and approach potential clients who require exhibition booths, event structures, or branding services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, organizers, and corporate clients.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs for the design and production teams.
  • Present booth design proposals, quotations, and project solutions with confidence and clarity.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (design, production, finance, and project management) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain an active sales pipeline, and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming exhibitions.
  • Attend site visits, meetings, and exhibitions to represent the company professionally.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales. Experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) or exhibition industry is a plus.
  • Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of booth construction processes, materials, and timelines is an advantage.
  • Detailed, organized, and able to learn quickly.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Willing to visit clients, venues, and exhibitions as needed.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
