JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Procure goods and services according to the company’s operational needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, including negotiating for the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure complete documentation and smooth procurement processes.
  • Monitor incoming goods to ensure compliance with purchase orders and agreed specifications.
  • Manage purchase documentation and supplier databases in an organized manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement.
  • Experienced in using ERP systems or similar platforms.
  • Work experience in exhibition, interior, manufacturing, or construction companies is a plus.
  • Mandarin language skill is a plus.
