  • Serve as a bridge between suppliers, manufacturers, sub contractors and relevant internal departments.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
  • Negotiate and agree on contracts, monitor the quality of services provided.
  • Procure goods as requested.
  • Evaluate suppliers by comparing price offers, availability of goods, delivery speed, and the quality of the goods offered.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.


  • Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) in any major.
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in a construction company.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Skilled in using Ms. Office (especially Word and Excel) and handling administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work both in a team and individually.
  • Polite, honest, loyal, quick, and meticulous in performing duties.
  • Organized record-keeping and documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Communicative, proactive, analytical, confident, and responsive.
