Head of Warehouse

Job Description:

• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, processing, and shipping to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency, and implement necessary technologies.
• Oversee team operations, lead, recruit, train, and develop team skills.
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations, and implement stock control systems to reduce overstock and out-of-stock situations.
• Comply with occupational safety and health regulations and implement security protocols to protect company inventory and assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and warehouse performance analysis, using data to make strategic decisions regarding warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, marketing, and customer service to ensure efficient workflow.

Job Requirements:

• Maximum age of 38 years.
• Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in Economics Management/Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manager in the Warehouse/Logistics field.
• Experience working in an exhibition company is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Proficient in building and managing Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience in Warehouse Operations, managing stock, and Transportation Management.
• Good working knowledge of project and manufacturing industries.
• Experience working with electronic data, ISO, KPIs, and logistics administration both systematically and manually.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic skills.
• Ability to develop effective and efficient work patterns.
• Experience in more than one logistics field is a plus.
