Job Description:
- Inspecting construction sites on regular basis to supervise
workers and check production quality. - Supervising and instructing the construction team as well
as subcontractors. - Educating workers on construction safety regulations and
accident protocol. - Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee
attendance at site. - Analyzing blueprints/ construction drawing to ensure that
construction projects meet design, standard, safety, time
line and budget specifications. - Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates under the age 30 are preferable.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in related field. Had
experiences working in the MICE industry (plus point). - Able to speak English, verbally and written or any other
international languages (plus point). - Working knowledge of construction technicality.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft
Office software.
