Site Supervisor

Job Description:

• Inspecting construction sites on regular basis to supervise
  workers and check production quality.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well
  as subcontractors.
• Educating workers on construction safety regulations and
  accident protocol.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee
  attendance at site.
• Analyzing blueprints/ construction drawing to ensure that
  construction projects meet design, standard, safety, time
  line and budget specifications.
• Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates under the age 30 are preferable.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in related field. Had
  experiences working in the MICE industry (plus point).
• Able to speak English, verbally and written or any other
  international languages (plus point).
• Working knowledge of construction technicality.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft
  Office software.
