Senior Architect

Job Description:

• Interpret client’s vision with concepts and designs along
  with mood boards and/or sample board
• Present the design to clients and internal team through
  online and/or offline platforms
• Communicate and revise designs until client’s approval
• Break down design to create technical drawing for client
  and internal team
• Thought of creative solutions in a short amount of time
• Collaborate with different teams to finalize and succeed
  a project.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Interior Design or Architect.
• Min. of 5 years working experience in the field.
• Advanced in SketchUp, Lumion, Auto CAD, Corel Draws,
  3D Max and other designing programs.
• Have worked with or have used Adobe Creative softwares.
• Excellent team work, communication and presentation skills.
• Experienced in a fast paced environment and able to
  handle multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Punctual and detailed oriented.
• Able to work in a deadline driven environment and meet
  tight deadlines.
• Have experienced working in MICE industry (plus point).
