Project Manager

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate resources to achieve project completion
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage risks and issues that may impact project success
• Able to quickly troubleshoot and resolve problems on the spot
• Monitor project progress daily and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Communicate with clients to ensure project alignment within expectations and satisfaction
• Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals
• Ensure project is on course with the timeline and timeline
• Manage project scope changes and adjust plans accordingly
• Ensure customer satisfaction with project deliverables

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Min. 3-5 years of experience in project management or construction, preferably in the exhibition or events industry
• Fluent in English, verbally and written (Chinese is a plus)
• Experience in project management, preferably in exhibition or MICE industry
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of building or exhibition design, construction, and installation processes
• Ability to work collaboratively within and outside its department
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to manage budgets
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours as needed
