Consistently recruiting and selecting excellent staffs via traditional and digital recruitment methods.
Manage the staffing process; including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
Create, develop and maintain training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Assess and monitor training, counseling and coaching of company’s staffs.
Developing needed policies or standardization and ensuring new and current policies are being implemented smoothly throughout the company in each departments.
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
Evaluate staffs’ attendance and construct plans to prevent employees from arriving late or leaving earlier than needed.
Create and maintain pay plan, benefits program, punishment and reward system.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Job Requirements:
Candidates under 35 years old are preferable.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as HR Manager or HR Executive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. (Chinese is a plus)
People oriented, Empathetic, Kind, Organized, Detailed Oriented with Strong Ethics.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices to ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office software
Experienced and quick to learn the human resources information system (HRIS) and databases used by our company.
